- Please return the sink to the address indicated on the sticker on the box.
- We have several warehouses in Poland, so sending the item back to the wrong address may significantly extend the refund or exchange time.
- If you cannot determine the correct address, please contact us by phone or e-mail. We'll be happy to help.
NOTE : Please DO NOT return the item via Poczta Polska, as this will extend the refund or exchange time.
Right to withdraw from the contract:
- A consumer who has purchased products in our online store has the right to withdraw from the contract.
- You can withdraw from the sales contract within 30 days.
- The returned goods should be sent back together with a completed declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

Important information:
In case of return, the sink and accessories must be undamaged and must not show signs of use.
Pursuant to Art. 34 section 4 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014, 827, as amended), the consumer is liable for the reduction in the value of the item resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. . If damage to the goods or traces of use is found, the seller has the right to claim compensation for a reduction in the value of the goods.
Payment refunds:
All refunds are made to the previously provided bank account after receiving and checking the returned products, but no later than within 14 days.
